Here is the workout planned for tomorrow’s class:
Strength Focus:
Progressively work towards a heavy set of 5
Sumo Deadlift High Pull 5 sets of 5 reps
Conditioning Workout:
Every 4 minutes complete one round for a total of 16 minutes
Row or Ski 8-10 calories
5 Sumo Deadlifts
5 Kettlebell Swings
