Strength Focus

Sumo Deadlift (wide stance with Kettlebell)   5 sets of 5 reps
Alternate with
Push-Press  5 sets of 5 reps

Conditioning Workout

Complete 5 rounds of:
9 Sumo Deadlifts
6 Kettlebell Swings
3 Push-Press
2 Laps
