Alternate with
Dumbbell Row  5 sets of 5 each arm

Conditioning Workout

In partners, working “I go, You go” to complete 14 minutes of:

2 Dumbbell Thrusters
2 Pull-ups/ring row
4 Dummbell Thrusters
4 Pull-ups/ring row
6 Dumbbell Thrusters
6 Pull-ups/ring row ….
