Complete 4 Sets of each:
A) Reverse Speed Lunge   10 reps each leg

B) Dumbbell Row   10 reps each arm

 

Conditioning Workout

Working for 10 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of:

8 Sumo Deadlift
12 Kettlebell Swings
6 Walking Lunge, walk remainder of length of gym
12 Step-ups
8 Stadning Banded Row
6 Sumo Squat, walk remainder of length of gym
