Conditioning Workout
Progressively add 2 reps to Kettlebell Swing and Goblet Squat to reach max of 15 reps
5 KB Swings, 5 Goblet Squats, 15 step-ups
7 KB Swings, 7 Goblet Squats, 15 step-ups
9 KB Swings, 9 Goblet Squats, 15 step-ups
