Deadlift 5 reps (progressively load barbell)

Alternate with

10 Reverse Snow Angels

 

Conditioning Workout

Working for 10 min, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
10 Sumo Deadlift
6 Push Press
2 lengths Suitcase Carry ( 1 right, 1 left)
2 get down/stand up
