Complete 3 sets of each exercise, alternating between each exercise as you rest:
A) Heel Drops    8 each leg
B) Dumbbell Row   8 each arm

Conditioning Workout
Complete 4 rounds at a steady pace, resting only as needed

10 Push Press
5 Wall Balls
2 laps
