Complete 5 sets of
8 Ring Rows immediately followed by 6 push-ups
Rest 1:30 between sets

Conditioning Workout
Work for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds
1. Battle Rope or Slam ball
2. KB swing
3. Sume Deadlift
4. Ring Row
5. Squats
6. 1 minute rest
