I will be monitoring class numbers over the next few weeks and determine if we need to add another class to our schedule.  There will be one class tomorrow at the NSA at 10:00am.

Strength Focus
Compete 8 sets of:

A) Wide Stance Box Squats    3 reps
B) Speed Sumo Deadlifts    3 reps

Conditioning Workout
4 rounds of 3 minutes of
8 ring rows
8 KB swings
8 Weighted Step ups
Max laps of gym for remainder of the 3 minutes
Then 1 minute of rest
