Complete 4-5 sets of each exercise:
A) Ring Rows   6 reps
B) Pull aparts   10 reps
C) X-over symmetry shoulder press  10 reps

Conditioning Workout

15 minutes of:
4 alternating arm Dumbbell snatch
6 push ups
8 ring rows
10 squats
