Today’s Work:

Strength Focus
Complete 5 sets, alternating between the two exercise:

A) Barbell Sumo Deadlift    5 reps
B) Bird Dog      15 per side

Conditioning Workout
Every 2 minutes complete the KB complex, adding 1 rep every 2 minutes.

1 Sumo Deadlift
1 KB Swing
1 Push Press
1 Thruster
