At Home Equipment List:

Therabands
Mop/Broom handle
Bucket
Jugs of vinegar, windshield wiper fluid, laundry detergent
Pain cans
Bucket or pail
Bags of rice or flour
Canned goods

What else can you think of that you might have around your home to use as weights?  Get creative and be safe, make sure lips are all on tight!
