Bonnie enjoys working with clients of all ages.   As a former high-school Physical Education teacher and CrossFit Kids Coach, she now offers classes and private training specific to older adults.  She believes strength training is essential for all ages!

Bonnie has a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and is a certified Personal Trainer, Exercise Therapist, Nutrition Coach, and Functional Aging Specialist and holds many Crossfit certifications.  She has been a lead coach for a McMaster University and Canadian Frailty Network research project on strength training in older adults.  Bonnie is also a BoneFit Trainer with Osteoporosis Canada and has worked as a Physiotherapy assistant at the Orthopaedic Sports Institute.

As a busy mother of 2 active boys, she enjoys the year-round outdoor playground of Collingwood.    When she is not in the gym, she enjoys skiing, hiking with her two crazy dogs, paddle boarding, surfing, cycling, and family mountain bike adventures.  Her passion is to help her clients continue to be active and fit so they can enjoy their own adventures.
