Bonnie enjoys working with clients of all ages.   As a former high-school Physical Education teacher and CrossFit Kids Coach, she now offers classes and private training to older adults.  She believes strength training is essential for all ages!

Bonnie has a BSc. in Physical Education and is a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Functional Aging Specialist.  She has been a lead coach for a McMaster University and Canadian Frailty Network research project on strength training in older adults.  She is a certified CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Mobility, and CrossFit Kids coach. Bonnie is also a BoneFit Trainer with Osteoporosis Canada.  Bonnie has worked as a Physiotherapy assistant at the Orthopaedic Sports Institute and is certified as an Exercise Therapist.

She is a busy mother of 2 active (ski racing) boys who enjoy the year-round outdoor playground of Collingwood.    When she is not in the gym, she enjoys skiing, hiking with her 2 crazy dogs, paddle boarding and surfing, cycling, and family mountain bike adventures.  Her passion is to help her clients continue to be active and fit and enjoy their own adventures.
