Fit For Life Group Classes
Group classes offer a fun and supportive community with everyone working at their own level and ability. Classes include a skill-based warm-up to prepare the body for the work ahead. A strength and/or skill focus is followed by a group workout that incorporates strength exercises and challenges our metabolic energy systems.
Mobility drills are included throughout the program to improve joint mobility and function. BoneFit training principles are integrated and applied to the programming.
