A) Thoracic Rotations 8 each side
B) Pallof Press 10 each side
C) Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift 10 reps

Workout

For 3 rounds, every 2 minutes with 1 minute rest,complete as many rounds as possible of:

2 length Farmer Carry
10 KB Swings
5 Lateral Wall Ball each side
