The burpee is used to develop fitness. In certain populations, the burpee (prone to stand) is a critical skill required to safely lower one’s body to the ground and stand back up.  This is a necessary skill to maintain independant living.

Strength Focus

Every 90 seconds for 18min, complete one set.

A) Shoulder Press    8 reps
B) Glute Bridge         15 reps
C) Farmer Carry       4 lengths

 

Conditioning Workout
Working in pairs or groups of 3, complete 4 rounds each (follow the leader)

6 Push-ups
5 Ring Rows
4 Push Press
2 Burpees
