Strength Focus

Complete 4 sets of each exercise:

A) Box Pistol Squats   10 reps
B) Bicep Curls  8 reps
C) Banded Tricep Extensions 8 reps

Conditioning Workout
Complete 3 rounds working at a steady pace with as little rest rest as possible:

15 Goblet Squats
10 Weighted Box step overs
2 lengths (carry weight)
